SalesGrid respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page provides information on our designated agent and the process for submitting copyright infringement notices.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on SalesGrid infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized representative).
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific location on the Service).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or access disabled in response to a takedown notice, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
